Via an anonymous tipster:
The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a male wanted in connection with a forcible touching that occurred at approximately 0300 hours on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at the intersection of Freeman Street and Manhattan Avenue in the confines of the 94 Precinct.
A 37-year-old female victim was walking her dog when the suspect approached her and grabbed her buttocks. The suspect then walked away but returned and had a physical altercation with the victim before fleeing on foot.
The suspect is an Hispanic male, 5’8″, 200 lbs, wearing blue hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.

I have to wonder what he thinks of this. Maybe an intrepid journalist reading this tome will ask him?
P.S.: Elsewhere one very bright individual brought up a rather interesting question. Do not the operators Jessie’s Deli understand that they face the possibility the(ir) guests may consume/quaff their edibles/drinkables? I for one think this is a very valid question. Maybe they are factoring that in via the rate/deposit?
