Looks like the steps next door to Duane Read.
I know where it is – on the west side of Manhattan Ave between Noble and Milton. But I have no idea what it means.
Best I can tell is it’s latin, and actually “Eu soi genoito”, something about “good/well” “to you” “to come into being”, or more likely “become well” or somesuch.
