It’s Dazzlin’ Jim! What’s he doing in this neck of the woods when there’s a perfectly fine fruit stand near him?
I see this gentleman running at nearly every New York Road Runner’s race I’ve participated in. He’s eccentric but inspiring!
He’s kind of fun at the races now. But he used to run with all these bells attached to him and if you were near him for any length of time, it became extremely irritating. I think he finally stopped doing that.
