This item (which I have screencapped) comes from by buddy Caryn Rose. While the folks at Calexico may not be aware of it, the fact is a great many Greenpointers, myself included, have been aware of their designs to open up shop in the Garden Spot for months! They will be taking over La Brique’s former space at 645 Manhattan Avenue!
