I distinctly remember this project being pitched at a Community Board 1 meeting this spring. I do not, however, recall any mention of “Bullwhip Management LLC”. And methinks, gentle readers, you know yours truly well enough to know this would have gotten my undivided attention rather quickly. In closing I cannot help but wonder if “Moctezuma Heirs” is of any relation to “Montezuma’s Revenge“? I certainly hope not!

UPDATE, 3:38 p.m.: I have brought this to the attention of Community Board 1′s Land Use Chair (who also happens to go by the name Heather) Here’s what she had to say.
