A personal note. Events like this are vital to supplement cuts in funding to P.S 132. It is also a visually stunning event. Its also a great opportunity to meet many parents from all over the City who are very angry with the proposed cuts to our schools…
This upcoming Saturday, June 5, starting at noon the P.T.A. of PS 132 will be hosting Kite Day on the premises of CitiStorage. Having attended this event in the past (albeit at McCarren Park) I can attest that it is wonderful way to enjoy a sunny summer afternoon. And hey, you’ll be supporting a great cause: north Brooklyn’s youth. Check it out!
