Thanks!

  4. Rather “catch, spay/ neuter, and release.” And the ASPCA knows about said battle.

  6. i don’t understand. how could “catch, spay and neuter” be in a war with people who don’t want cats to be poisoned? how are those opposed?

poisoning animals is fucked up. my friend’s dog was just killed by his neighbor with poison. it’s really sad.

  8. From what I can gather from signs lining Eckford btw Nassau and Calyer about a month ago: Batshit crazy lady (who loves cats) sees local cat rescue lady putting out cat traps w/ sardines. Words are had. Understanding not reached. The signs above go up. Days later, a second group of signs (ostensibly from rescue lady go up) explaining the situation in detail and pointedly referring to poster #1’s actions as “asinine” and threatening her with legal action.

The only reason I think that the same party is at work is because the sign Miss H is identical to the initial signs that I saw. Wording & font.

Yes, harming animals is sick. And there was a rash of killings/ injuries of feral cats w/in the last 2 or 3 years (rumor was they were committed by young white males). Because of all the risks involved, I have 2 cats that never go outside, and a dog who never goes outside w/out me (ALWAYS) and then on a short leash and who is never left tied outside a store.

Tell me what you're thinking...
