Oh my god! That cone is one of the pieces created by a berlin artist collective called Zonenkinder, they made that cone at McCaigWelles gallery on Roebling before it closed a few years back. http://www.mccaigwelles.com/model_individual.php?t=Past%20Exhibition&model=103
Well, it was on South 8 Street between Driggs and Bedford Avenue the day I wrote this post!
