    2. I’m a Canadian graffiti and street art blogger, and I know EVOLVE! I have profiled his work on my website for a long time now. His stuff is all over Toronto, so I’m assuming he’s Canadian. He’s done the exact same stencil in toronto (except it says I SprayCan T.O. instead of I SprayCan NY, lol).
