The House still looks like shit, and my bathroom is bigger than that living room they have. I’m sure it will be a very tight space for living. Just as most houses are on Freeman Street.
I just stood there and stared. I was like, YOU HAVE GOT TO BE FUCKING KIDDING ME. That’s when I noticed the electrical meters right next to the Sotheby’s sign. I laughed my ass off.
WOW!!! I’ve lived in Greenpoint for 10 year and NEVER expected to see this day. The meters are great! Sotheby’s probably has a way of making them full of charm and authenticity.
Classic! Dare I ask what the asking price is?
A commenter on Curbed said $975,000.
