Call Me

I found this sign on Manhattan Avenue. I can think of a number of things that led up to the creation of this sign. All of them are strong indicators that its author needs to go to rehab.

  2. Sorry to go off-topic here, but since I’ve been following along with your thoughts on the cuisine front, this development seems ripe for your immediate comment:

It’s true that the only place I’ve ever eaten at while in Greenpoint is Vietnamese. Except Café Grumpy, but then it’s hard to find much in the way of an actual meal there and what you do find you could qualify quasi-Vietnamese.

  4. Silent H’s vegan sandwich and springs rolls are fucking fantastic. At first I was bummed when Oznot’s closed, but they are an excellent replacement. That said, when in Greenpoint go get a sandwich at the Franklin Corner Store. Very tasty.

  6. “or drop them off at 1234 Manhattan Avenue, Apt. 1L. Cash is in the freezer. Please remember to leave keys before you go.”
