    2. My girlfriend and I live right down the street from this place and the pictures don’t even begin to do justice to the insanity that this place is.

    There is talk among neighbors or the “owner” renting out spaces in the building, taking tenants’ money and then kicking them out without reason and keeping their hard earned cash.

    I’ve also personally witnessed an altercation between the “owner” and an unknown individual who was definitely NOT happy about his presence at 373.

    I’m not one for gossip but this place is just WAY too weird to ignore.
