Now and Then

Soon enough spring will be here. Probably sooner rather than later given that winter seems to have forgotten about us. I mention our curiously kind climate because it gave me an opportunity to (re)discover one of the most outstanding murals I have seen in New York City. Ever. Where is this work of art located, you ask?

Bushwick

Bushwick Park, that’s where! Although seeing is truly believing, follows are a few pictures to whet your appetite.

Knickerbocker Avenue, between Woodbine Street and Putnam Avenue

Closest Subway Stop: Myrtle Avenue on the L or Wyckoff Avenue on the M

As I said before, images do not do this work justice. Why not use this beautiful sunny day as an excuse to get out and see it for yourself? You will not be disappointed.
