Believe it or not the one thing I really hate about being too busy (and afterwards too damned tired) to keep my regular posting “schedule” is the stuff that falls between the cracks.

This is one such item which did, indeed, fall by the wayside. It comes from a reader named Tony. He writes:

You are cordially invited to an evening of artwork dedicated to and inspired by volcanoes.

Artist, performer & curator, Eliza Fernand has organized this group show, Volcano Love, as an initiative for artists that she knows to explore a theme that has been popping up in her own artwork.

It should be a fun night, with artwork in many mediums. This is a one-night only affair.

Artists include: Jessie Elder, Eliza Fernand, Emily M. Harris, Athena Kokoronis, Tony Luib, Jessie Marino, Jennifer Mills, Ayaka Nishina, Katie M. Parry, Diana Roffman, Emma Spertus, Mark Inglis Taylor

47 Beaver St @ Park St in Bushwick, Brooklyn
7 – 10pm

3 blocks south of the J, M line – Flushing Ave stop
10 blocks south of the L line  – Montrose Ave stop

This one-night only event sounds like a lot of fun. Check it out!
