When i was doing rentals, I had a building up on that block, so I spent many hours pondering this thought. it allowed me to look at something besides truck drivers getting off the bqe, who might interpret my vapid stare as interest.
It must be their 1-800 phone number: 800-929-8911. (Call it and see what happens.)
A bit confusing the way they’ve got it grouped though.

I called and they answered “(indecipherable) USA”
Maybe someone should play those numbers.
I googled it. It’s the number for the Conch Umbrella Factory! Too bad their sign isn’t bringing them any business, since no one can decipher it.
The number 80 has been coming up for me all week, but it’s not a Lotto number, that only goes up to 54 (I think) so the plan to play these numbers has been stymied.
