If you were a landlord it goes without saying that you want a tenant who has sufficient funds to pay rent. Well, one intrepid landlord has found a way to target this demographic by posting his (or her) solicitations in a place where people who have money are likely to be found: automated teller machines (like this one on Roebling Street). Genius!
