Too bad I keep both hands on my handlebars while riding, or I’d have a ton of pictures of pedestrians on the bike-only side.
You seem to have fallen for my (admittedly) trick question: the chap in this photo (and I admit it is hard to see) is riding a MOTORIZED bicycle. I humbly suggest a sign be placed on the pedestrian ramp of said bridge advising that neither conventional bikes nor “motorized” ones are allowed.
