Is that a defaced 7-11 sign?
It is the korean “bodega” at Richardson and Lorimer and their hours of operation are 7 am -7:45 pm. They never changed the sign when they opened 10 years ago. They DO let artists do big murals on their wall though. Maybe they would be open to a little love on that sign.
