This is by Paul Richard! I found a whole trove of his stuff in Manhattan and Brooklyn when I was in NYC over the holi-daze! Naturally I photographed all the ones I found and blogged about em http://christineestima.wordpress.com/2012/01/06/paul-richard/ I think it’s a really clever thing to put on the sidewalk, and definitely puts a smile on your face. … Not enough men these days wear bow-ties 😉
