Thanks for posting the picture of the bike however no luck yet finding the owner. FYI my cops found Roger the dog last night he was happily reunited with his owner today.

Today we arrested someone in the act of stealing a bicycle (which is as easy as finding a needle in a haystack). The problem is we can not find the owner. Could you post a picture on your blog to help identify the owner? The bicycle was stolen from Leonard and Greenpoint today.
