I distinctly remember this project being pitched at a Community Board 1 meeting this spring. I do not, however, recall any mention of “Bullwhip Management LLC”. And methinks, gentle readers, you know yours truly well enough to know this would have gotten my undivided attention rather quickly. In closing I cannot help but wonder if “Moctezuma Heirs” is of any relation to “Montezuma’s Revenge“? I certainly hope not!

UPDATE, 3:38 p.m.: I have brought this to the attention of Community Board 1’s Land Use Chair (who also happens to go by the name Heather) Here’s what she had to say.

I just HAD too google “Bullwhip Management LLC” to see if it is for real. it is…

I had intimated some time ago that such a forum was being organized by Lincoln Restler. I am very happy to announce that on Monday, August 22nd, starting at 6:30 p.m. Public Assembly will be hosting “Stand up! Speak out!”. Those of you who have experienced anti-LGBTQ harassment— or simply want to know what resources are available to our (growing) LGBTQ community— should make it a point to attend this event. Stand up and speak out north Brooklynites!
