How does one voice his/her dissatisfaction with a selection of candidates? Well, as yours truly learned today in Sunnyside there’s stating you’d prefer to vote for Adolf Hitler for starters. Note the annotation “AKA Big Pig” and devil horns/donkey ears. Nice…

Now At The G-Spot: Sock Monkeys With Benefits

Today as yours truly was coming home from a photo walk I bumped into the proprietor of the G-Spot. Chris had a smile on his face, a glint of mischief in his eyes and was toting a rather large bag. “Smitty Claus” beckoned for me to come over and see what was inside. I did— and much to my delight I discovered a bevy of very naughty monkeys. While the above lass has been claimed by yours truly (for obvious reasons), there are plenty of equally sexy simians from which to choose. This is local shopping at its very finest folks. Check it out!

From The New York Shitty Photo Pool: Jamie & Mimi
Chris Arnade (who took the above photograph) writes:
In the interstate jumble where the Bruckner, Major Deegan, and Robert F Kennedy Bridge come together, there is a middle triangle, filled with construction detritus, that also houses a few homeless people. James “Dragon” lives under an exit ramp with his cat Mimi, a hard to access space that he keeps tidy. He earns money collecting cans and bottles. I asked him if he needed anything, he asked for some winter blankets, which I hope to bring next time.
