Today I decided to get a walk in before our next deluge. It was on North 10 Street between Union Avenue and Roebling Street that I stumbled upon the above item. It is part of a larger mural that is very much in progress (but looks promising!). It brightened up my day and I hope it did the same for you!

As if hearing about a downright scary manhole explosion and a shooting in our fair burgh was not sufficiently upsetting, I spied the above flyer on Manhattan Avenue this morning. Here’s the deal: while I do not know this woman personally, I have seen her and her family out and about in the neighborhood. Thus it breaks my heart to learn that someone has seen fit to steal her “walker”. Although I am certain this is a long-shot, if anyone has seen the above item or knows of its whereabouts, please contact the folks on the above-listed flyer. Thanks!
