New York Shitty Analysis: Apparently getting busted for operating an illegal waste handling station in Greenpoint and lying to the Business Integrity Commission does not preclude one from receiving honors from “Neighbors Allied For Good Growth” (formerly known as Neighbors Against Garbage”).

Tomorrow: Fall Fest
This comes courtesy of a very nice lady named Lisa. She wanted me to spread the word and I’ll gladly do so!
Greenpoint, Brooklyn – Rust and gold leaves and pumpkins set the scene for The Monitor School’s Annual Fall Fest at PS 110 this Saturday from 11am – 2pm. The event will be in the Monitor Street School yard.
The community is invited to this family-friendly event complete with ticketed bouncy castles crafts, a raffle, and a variety of food for purchase. Take pictures in our pumpkin patch and take home a pumpkin of your own just in time for Halloween. All proceeds from the day will go directly to the students’ art residencies.
Learn more about the initiatives the school and PTA are making to help environmental education while having fun crafting with found recyclables at our AquaLab table.
Come celebrate the cooler temps and the start of the holiday season with a Greenpoint event that brings the community together.
