It has been a while since I have checked in on this, one of Greenpoint’s finest eccentrics. As a matter of fact it was almost a year ago to this day I saw this gent tidying up his yard (in sub-freezing weather) wearing nothing but a pair of tighty whities. I actually saw him today feeding a bunch of pigeons from behind the fence.
he wasn’t visible when i took the photo. either he was in the truck, with the dog, or off on a mission in his tighty-whiteys.
