From The New York Shitty Photo Pool

It has been a while since I have checked in on this, one of Greenpoint’s finest eccentrics. As a matter of fact it was almost a year ago to this day I saw this gent tidying up his yard (in sub-freezing weather) wearing nothing but a pair of tighty whities.
