Spotted On Manhattan Avenue: Confirmation!
On April, 21, 2011 I wrote (in this post):
Yesterday I was amazed and actually quite pleased to notice signs of life at this long-derelict store front. Curious to know what was slated to grace this space I asked a man working on the premises. He said he was not completely certain but thought that the M & W Laundromat across the street was going to place a dry cleaning establishment there...
Well, this afternoon my intelligence was proven to be correct!
I’ll have to check with my favorite soft-serve lass, New York Shitty fact-checker; and overall Greenpoint badass, Miriam, about when this establishment will open. But in the meantime…

So excited about this. I absolutely LOVE the 1 1/2 hours a week I spend with Miriam & her girls… Great to see her business expanding!!! They are such great people & deserve the best.
