    2. Whoever owns The OzAx is in for a surprise today. I was down there walking my dog when the mythical, rarest of rare beasts, the Brooklyn Park Enforcement Police, pulled up. They sauntered over to the boat, looked over the rail and promptly got on the radio to “Harbor Patrol”. Apparently Senor OxAx has docked his boat directly to Park property. Never mind the boat has been on one side or other of the kayak launch for about 6 months now. Perhaps your little picture here instigated something?
