An intriguing photo on account of the staining on the wall below the pipe outlet. It’s too spread out to be rust, which would be in a more or less narrow vertical strip below the outlet. Did some noxious liquids flow from the outlet? Surely that would get the DEP’s collective knickers in a twist? Ah, the questions …
