Our fair city was once a place that made things happen. Now we are a service-based economy. Welcome to our brave new world.

Whose “human capital” can be had for “up to $8.00 an hour”.

    2. Also of course illegal to specify what sex employees should be unless sex is a bona fide occupational qualification; seems unlikely that answering phones in a tanning salon qualifies.
