Spotted At 931 Manhattan Avenue: Activity

Many north ‘Pointers are familiar with the above storefront. For a very long time it was a Polish restaurant named Damis. Since its closure, this space has seen a succession of short-lived restaurants (the latest being a diner). Well, today after taking the above photograph a very nice man on site informed me this, its latest incarnation, will be a sandwich shop. Let’s hope it sticks!

Looks like 931 Manhattan Avenue is on its third incarnation in less than one year: Lucky Diner. I suppose we’ll have to wait and see if this one sticks…
