From The New York Shitty Inbox: Foster/Forever Home Wanted

I am having trouble finding a foster for the sweet kitty who was left behind when her 85 year old owner died a few weeks ago… (I’ve attached photos). Would you be able to post for a foster and/or potential home for her? We have been trying rescue orgs with no luck and I’d hate to see this poor cat slip through the cracks. She’s very sweet but shy at first. I’m guessing she must be really traumatized after being in the apartment for 2 weeks alone after the owner died (the brother of the person who died was feeding her but the landlord said he was going to put her out on the street!). She’s had a rough time. I already posted in the N Brooklyn community group and now that I have a photo I will repost. If you could possibly post in NYS that would be amazing. I hope this little girl can find a good place before the holidays.
