If the above image (which was taken by Miss Mousey Brown) is any indication, it would appear the Parks Department has taken notice of the fact the McCarren Dog Run has become the shooting gallery of choice for the area’s heroin addicts. I am not kidding: used hypodermic needles have been found there.
