Greenpoint Photos Du Jour: Java Street

There was recently a block clean-up on Java Street by the waterfront. While I applaud this endeavor (it is needed), well, let’s just say my feelings are a little mixed about what replaced all the weeds, detritus, etc. Only in Greenpoint could tossing down a bunch of wood chips be considered “neighborhood beautification”…
