I can check off almost all the previous as being someone I know and care about. Except Park Slope Moms. They terrify me. But I recognize their right to organize.
America is ostensibly a civil society. Let’s act like one once again (15th and 19th amendment) and give our fellow gay and lesbian citizens the same rights we take for granted.

Love the first graphic. Always knew Lady Liberty was butch.
Now that you mention it the first graphic would be the basis for an AWESOME Halloween costume for two women. If I wasn’t planning on being the Newtown Creek Waste Treatment Facility I’d go as Justice and rook my buddy Rachael (who is significantly larger than me) to be Lady Liberty. Who knows, I still might!
I love that first graphic too. And I’ve wanted to be the Statue of Liberty for years, but now I’m thinking Lady Justice is much hotter. I might have to do that next year.
