This Sunday: Rzeszów 2011 Folk Festival Fundraiser

Last month (in a post featuring two very lovely young ladies) I had made mention that Greenpoint’s very own Polish American Folk Dance Company was raising money to compete at Rzeszów Festival, an international dance competition in Poland. Well, that time is drawing near and you have an opportunity to see them strut their stuff (and lend them a hand) this upcoming Sunday, May 19, at The Warsaw! The festivities start at 3:00 p.m. and tickets (which are $10.00 for children/students and $15.00 for adults respectively) can be purchased at the door or at The Forum Agency which is located at 616 Manhattan Avenue.
