Great stuff. Recently a wall mural on India St. was painted over – the one outside the florist on the corner of Manhattan. Some of what got destroyed was the remnants of a bizarre mural that had advertised the long-departed “Polish Video Network”, which was actually a quaint video rental place for many years. The mural itself had a fascinating depiction of an early Edison-style movie camera, and some odd trompe-l’Å“il stuff “neighborhood folks” cartoons. I never got the chance to document it- wonder if anyone ever did.
