    3. This cesspit was once the location of a movie theater. It fell into a state of disrepair and part of it fell and killed someone. It was razed and several attempts to “develop” this property have followed. All ending with Stop Work Orders (due to undermining the adjacent property) or lack of funds. Now Belvedere has rescued this property from dereliction and we can look to forward to more quasi-classical balconied goodness. READ: crap.
