Many a Greenpoint resident is familiar with 177 Nassau Avenue. It is inhabited by one of our community’s more lovable eccentrics. Well as of yesterday I noticed he, an avid runner, has made an additi0n to his storefront running the New York City Marathon (which he has done for sometime).
